As a home care registered nurse (RN), you will ensure hospice patients are comfortable and forge compassionate, meaningful connections with the people in their lives. You will be a trusted guide for patients and families, helping them understand and embrace hospice care, focusing on comfort and dignity at the end of life.
Where You’ll WorkYou will primarily care for patients in their homes, making 4-6 visits daily, and once a week, meet with an interdisciplinary team at the local program office.
What’s Expected From YouMinimum requirements include an RN license, at least two years of nursing experience, and reliable transportation. Traits like Commitment, Compassion, and a Can-do Attitude are essential. Your focus should always be on patient welfare and providing comfort and dignity at life's end.
