Licensed Practical​/Vocational Nurse; LPN​/LVN

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – PRN
Location: Georgetown, OH
Pay: $44.00 per hour plus $3 shift differential if applicable
Schedule: Part-Time / PRN (as needed)

This is meaningful work—you’ll help patients maintain their dignity, independence, and health while being part of a supportive, professional team.

• Provide hands-on nursing care to older adult patients
• Take vital signs and document care
• Help with daily tasks like dressing, bathing, and eating
• Give prescribed medications and monitor reactions
• Assist doctors during exams and treatments
• Support and educate families on patient care
• Promote comfort and quality of life, including end-of-life care
• Participate in care planning with the medical team
• Keep clear and accurate patient records
• Follow all safety policies and care procedures

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Active and unrestricted Ohio LPN license
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• 6 months of LPN experience
