Full time – all shifts available

The RN is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Supervision must comply with current federal, state, and local standards and regulations.

• Direct daily functions of nursing assistants; lead planning of shift services and activities.
• Complete required record‑keeping forms for admissions, transfers, and discharges; chart nurse’s notes accurately.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Perform skilled nursing procedures (catheterization, tube feeding, suction, dressing changes, etc.).
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Current, unencumbered state RN license.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Independent decision‑making ability.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to nursing care facilities.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience in long‑term care preferred.
