Rapidly growing! Urgently hiring! Sign-on bonus: $1,500. Pay for RN: $30 per hour. This position provides private duty nursing from Tuesday & Saturday 7pm-7am.

Accepts assignments of clients from the RN Case Manager.

• Provides nursing care through home assessment, nursing diagnoses, and physician‑approved care plans.
• Performs treatment(s) ordered by the physician and delegated by the RN Case Manager.
• Observes signs and symptoms and reports them to the RN Case Manager.
• Notes changes in physical or emotional status of clients.
• Promotes client and caregiver independence in self‑care.
• Utilizes electronic documentation of client care; complies agency policies regarding timeliness in submission of documentation and synchronization of data.
• Follows agency policies regarding universal precautions and safety guidelines.
• Fulfills other assignments as requested by the RN Case Manager, VP of Clinical Services, or Director of Professional Services.

EMR Used.

• 10 – 40

• Current State RN License
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in Ohio
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication, organizational, and human relations skills
• Ability to function with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
• Ability to employ critical thinking skills
