As a Restorative CNA at Crandall Medical Center, you will engage in a variety of daily activities focused on enhancing the well-being of our residents. Your work day will typically be from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, where you will assist in implementing individualized care plans designed to promote mobility and independence. Duties will include supporting residents in physical activities, encouraging participation in therapeutic exercises, and documenting progress to ensure continuity of care.

You can expect to work closely with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating to provide the best possible outcomes for our residents. Additionally, you will foster a supportive environment by building relationships and offering emotional support to residents and their families.
