Travel Nurse – Med Surg / Telemetry (Columbiana, OH)
Job SummaryWork up to $9,752 per month. Provide exceptional patient care in Med Surg / Telemetry units, coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and document patient status accurately.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in Med Surg or telemetry settings is preferred.
- Ability to assess patient conditions, maintain accurate records, and follow safety protocols.
- Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication, adaptability, and problem‑solving skills.
