Unit Manager - LPN - Night Shift

Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated LPN Unit Manager/Floor Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional resident care and supporting our nursing team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Serve as charge nurse and provide direct resident care as needed
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality clinical outcomes
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate provider
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain proper documentation and follow facility policies and procedures
- Rotate every other weekend as part of the supervisory schedule
- Current LPN license in Ohio
- 2 or more years of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- 1 year of nurse management experience
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
- Compassionate and dependable, with a commitment to excellent resident care
- Hourly rate ranging from $24.75 up to $31.00 based on experience
- Full-time 5-day schedule with 8hr shifts from 11pm-7:30am
