Requirements Minimum 2-year RN experience in OR (Peds)
Ohio RN License requiredBSN degree required or in progress
Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
Must have American Heart Association Current BLS certification requiredACLS certification required PALS certification preferred
Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirementsCNOR highly preferred
Prior pediatric acute care, plastic reconstructive surgery and laser experience a plus
Responsibilities The OR Registered Nurse provides nursing care to our pediatric patients within the operating room, performs assessments and interventions designed to keep the patients safe during surgery. Assists the physician in accomplishing the plan of care for the patient and provides continuity between the patient care unit and the Operating Room.
