State Tested Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Concord Care of Hartford. • Provide direct care to residents, including personal care, medical procedures, and assistance with daily living activities
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in staff development and educational programs to enhance skills and knowledge

• Must be a current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed

• Competitive hourly rate: $16 - $20.75 hourly wage range
