Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at Green Palms Health & Rehab of Shelby, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering patient-centered care to our residents in a state-of-the-art healthcare facility

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring and reporting vital signs, as well as providing medication administration and treatments

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents and their families

• Provide direct patient care and case management to assigned residents

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, as needed

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communication

• Current Ohio State Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
