• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and report patient conditions, vital signs, and medication responses to the healthcare team

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Ohio

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
