Ohio Health's Med Surg Unit 1 seeks a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across the continuum in a 24/7/365 setting. The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing and delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs as required.
Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. A BSN may be preferred after 5 years of service.
