The facility operates as a developmental center delivering outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages. Clinical workflows are structured to support consistent and coordinated care delivery within a day shift schedule. The facility maintains established protocols consistent with outpatient primary care delivery standards.

Ohio serves as a convenient hub for regional day trips and recreational activities, with destinations such as Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Hocking Hills State Park, and the Cincinnati Zoo accessible within a few hours' drive. The state offers a range of attractions, including wineries, caverns, national parks, and farms, as well as cultural experiences such as jazz festivals, murals, and college towns.

Ohio's food scene, including markets like Findlay Market and regional food trails, further contributes to the variety of options available to clinicians during time away from the assignment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site developmental center, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a day shift schedule, with no holidays or weekends. The assignment is PRN with hours varying between 24 and 32 hours per week, and the expected caseload is approximately 2.5 patients per hour.

Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups. Required credentials include an active DNP license, DEA registration, BLS certification, prescriptive authority, and a minimum of one year of experience as a nurse practitioner; board certification is negotiable.
