Geriatric Wellness Nurse; RN​/LPN PRN

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Wellness Nurse to support residents through clinical monitoring and collaboration with care teams. You will assist in admissions, assess care needs, and help ensure plans are followed with compassionate, patient-centered service.

Responsibilities include medication administration, coordination with physicians and outside providers, and documentation of observations while maintaining compliance with state regulations. A valid LPN/RN license is required.
