Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Wooster, Ohio - Wooster Health Care Center

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Wooster Health Care Center in Wooster, Ohio. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.

We are hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN on the following shifts:

• Days (7am-7pm)
• Nights (7pm-7am)

• Conduct assessments, follow protocols, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings
• Perform admission duties, manage discharges, and provide wound care
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies
• Respond effectively to emergency situations

• LPN License
