RN and LPN

At Sunnyslope Nursing Home, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and compassion to our residents. We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPNs) to join our dynamic team.
As a RN and LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of our residents
.

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN) in the state of Ohio
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Minimum of 0 years of experience as a RN or LPN; experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
