Our hospital blends top-tier preventive care with advanced soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries, and we’re ready to welcome a veterinarian who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and grow with us.

• Surgical Variety & Hands-On Learning - We’re known for complex surgeries, including upper airway work, mass removals, prolapse repairs, and more. You'll also work closely with Bad Ass Bulldog Rescue on advanced cases. Ortho experience is a bonus, but not required—we’ll train the right DVM!

• Client Bonding + Fast-Paced Challenge - We build long-term relationships with our pet parents and thrive in a setting where no two days are the same. This role is perfect for a DVM who loves surgery, wellness care, and is ready to stay cool under pressure.

• US licensed DVM or DVM equivalent who’s comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing hospital setting.
• Confident with soft tissue surgeries, or excited to expand your surgical skills into orthopedics.
• Collaborative, curious, and ready to jump into whatever the day brings.
• Adaptable and calm under high-pressure situations.
• Passionate about providing high-quality care, building relationships, and making a real impact.
• Bonus points if you have musical talent (seriously—it’s a thing here!).

Our base salary range is from $145k-$155k (or higher) based on experience and production capabilities. We have pro-sal and salary options and we’re open to offering a sign-on bonus or relocation package. We can be creative with your total compensation package so that you get the things you need to be able to come join us!
