Aufgaben :
* Vorbereitung und Pflege von Versuchsflächen und Gewächshäusern für neue Kulturen
* Aussaat, Pflanzung und Pflegearbeiten – sowohl mechanisch als auch manuell
* Anzucht und Betreuung von Jungpflanzen im Gewächshaus und im Freiland
* Pflege und Schutz der Kulturen (z.
B. Bewässerung, Düngung, Schädlingsbekämpfung, Unkrautkontrolle)
* Durchführung von Bestäubungsarbeiten sowie Ernte von Samen, Früchten und Pflanzen
* Reinigung und Desinfektion von Flächen, Geräten und Werkzeugen
* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen und Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen#### Dein Profil:
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Gartenbau, Landwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
* Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung in der Pflanzenproduktion oder im Gewächshaus
* Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
* Teamgeist und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
* Flexibilität und Freude an der Arbeit im Freiland und Gewächshaus
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
