At Cincinnati Veterinary Surgical and Wellness Center (CVSWC), we’re a supportive, compassionate team dedicated to providing exceptional care to pets and their people. We’re looking for a Full-Time
Customer Service Representative to join us and bring warmth, professionalism, and positive energy to our front desk every day.

At CVSWC, we genuinely care—about pets, clients, and the team members who make everything possible. We are a busy and growing full-service practice, offering:

• Preventive & wellness care
• Soft-tissue surgery
• Orthopedic surgery
• Dental care
• Advanced diagnostics (digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab)
• Chronic care management
• Fear-Free handling approaches
• Compassionate care for dogs, cats, small mammals, and exotics

Our team is known for being kind, professional, and deeply supportive—we celebrate each other, work hard together, and create a positive environment where both staff and clients feel valued.

• Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism, in person and on the phone.
• Scheduling appointments and managing daily workflow.
• Answering questions and providing clear, compassionate client education.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating patient files.
• Supporting the veterinary team with communication and coordination.
• Processing payments and checking clients in and out.
• Helping to ensure a calm, organized, and welcoming lobby experience.

• Are a people person who enjoys creating great experiences—from the first phone call to the final tail wag
• Keep things organized and running smoothly, even on busy days
• Handle multitasking like a pro while staying calm, kind, and collected
• Feel confident using computers, practice management systems, and digital tools
• Communicate clearly, compassionately, and professionally—especially with worried pet parents
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same
• Want to grow your skills in a clinic that values learning, teamwork, and work–life balance

• You have veterinary experience—especially CSR/front desk experience (highly preferred but not required)
