Newton Falls Animal Hospital was established in 1993. Since opening, we have grown into a 5-doctor thriving practice. We are specialized in small animal general care, and our veterinary services include performing spays, neuters, soft tissue and mass removal, dental cleaning with extractions, and more.
We love the supportive small town we serve. The local clientele includes generations of families coming to us!

Heartland Veterinary Partners' Externship Program offers 1st-4th year veterinary students hands-on experience and mentorship to help them become 'practice ready' by their first day in practice.
Externships typically last 2 weeks, and Heartland will cover lodging costs if needed.
The length of the externship is flexible, and we can support your preceptorship documentation as well.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Eligibility
Must be currently enrolled in an AVMA-accredited veterinary school.
Must be able to provide student PLIT.
