The Landscaper role at Allen Lawn Service is a full-time, on-site position located in Westerville, OH. Key responsibilities include performing landscape maintenance such as mowing, trimming, and mulching, as well as planting and caring for gardens. Additional duties include assisting with irrigation system installation and maintenance, implementing landscape design ideas, and ensuring the overall upkeep and appearance of outdoor spaces. Collaboration with team members to complete projects efficiently and maintaining tools and equipment in good working order are also expected.
Qualifications- Experience in Landscape Maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and general upkeep
- Knowledge and skills in Gardening and plant care
- Familiarity with Irrigation systems, including installation and maintenance
- Understanding of Landscape Design principles and implementations
- Ability to perform general Landscaping tasks with attention to detail
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
