Oakwood Lawn and Landscaping is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team for the winter season! We are hiring Snow Removal Crew Members to assist with clearing snow and ice from residential and commercial properties.

This is a part-time, on-call position with hours dependent on winter weather conditions. No professional snow removal experience is required! We're looking for reliable individuals who are comfortable working outdoors, staying active, and helping keep properties safe during snowy conditions.

• Shovel snow from sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and other designated areas
• Assist with snow and ice removal at residential and commercial properties
• Apply salt and ice melt materials as needed
• Help load, unload, and maintain snow removal equipment
• Assist equipment operators and other crew members during snow removal operations
• Operate snow removal equipment or plows if experienced and authorized
• Follow safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and ability to report to work when called
• Flexible availability during winter weather events
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in cold and snowy conditions
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work well with others
• Previous snow removal or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
• Snowplow operation experience is a plus, but NOT required
