Quality Controller (m/f/d) in sheet metal processing

KWM Weisshaar, a renowned company in the sheet metal working industry, is looking for a dedicated Quality Controller (m/f/d) to take responsibility for ensuring our high quality standards.

Your tasks:

Performing quality checks or final inspections on sheet metal fabricated products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Inspecting sheet metal components and welded constructions for dimensional accuracy, surface finish and other quality-relevant characteristics.

Identify quality issues and analyse root cause to take appropriate corrective action.

Use of measuring and testing equipment and visual inspection techniques.

Liaising with manufacturing and other relevant departments to identify and implement quality improvements.

Your profile:

Completed training in the field of metal, experience in quality assurance and quality control, ideally in sheet metal processing.

Knowledge of quality standards and procedures in the sheet metal working industry.

Confident handling of measuring and testing tools as well as visual inspection techniques.

Ability to systematically analyse faults and solve problems.

Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a precise way of working.
