Measurement Technician

Position: Measurement Technician (m/f/d)
Location: Germany

* Development of component-related measurement strategies and support in test planning
* Measurement of elastomer membranes with various measuring devices such as measuring microscope, 3D coordinate measuring machine, fringe light projector, etc.
* Preparation of initial sample test reports, measurement system analyses and process capability evaluations in close coordination with product and process development, partly also in English
* Cooperation with other production sites in the field of component sampling#

Qualifications:

* Qualification as a quality technician or comparable technical training, as well as experience in the preparation of initial sample test reports in the automotive sector
* In addition to experience in measurement technology, good knowledge of the AIAG and VDA Volume 2 regulations
* Good IT skills, e.g. qs-stat from Q-DAS, Excel
* Good knowledge of the English language (for processing samples)
* Further training in the field of quality and/or Six Sigma is an advantage
