• Carrying out, documenting and evaluating initial sample test reports
• Carrying out visual, mechanical and physical tests to evaluate samples
• Assisting with incoming goods inspections
• Carrying out final inspections on potentially non-compliant products
• Evaluating and optimising test procedures in consultation
• Supporting internal and external complaint processing (cause analysis and derivation/initiation of necessary corrective measures and monitoring of results)
• Random checks on the implementation of and compliance with work instructions and internal standards
• Assisting with the approval of new materials and suppliers
• Promoting quality awareness among employees
• Completed technical training and/or further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d)
• Practical experience in an industrial company
• Ability to work in a team
• Technical skills
• Experience with measuring and testing equipment
• Strong quality awareness
