Job Description

**** Dein Beitrag
*** Harmonisierung bestehender Einzelmanagementsysteme (Qualität, Energie, Arbeitssicherheit, Lean-Management etc.) zu einem integrierten Managementsystem (IMS)
* Aufbau einer IMS-Dokumentationsstruktur inkl. Zugehöriger Prozesse, Verfahrensanweisungen, Kennzahlen, etc.
* Durchführung von Gap-Analyse und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Systemintegration
* Schulung und Beratung der Fachbereiche zur Umsetzung von IMS-Anforderungen
* Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung des Managementsystems und Einführung einer IMS-Software
* Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von internen und externen Audits
** Was du mitbringst
** Den Wunsch, unser Unternehmen in die Zukunft zu führen und deine Karriere durch Erfahrung und Wissen in folgenden Bereichen voranzubringen:
* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Umweltmanagement, Qualitätsmanagement oder vergleichbar
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang von Managementsystemen nach ISO-Normen
* Fundierte Kenntnisse mindestens einer ISO Norm (z.B. ISO 22000, ISO 50001, ISO
14001, etc.)
* Erfahrung im Bereich Lean Management von Vorteil
* Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
* Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, bereichsübergreifend zu moderieren  und zu interagieren
* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
