Custom Glass Solutions is seeking a Quality Manager to lead site quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction at our Fostoria, OH location. You will report to the Plant Manager and guide the Leadership Team in quality strategy and problem solving.
Responsibilities include audits, document control, FAI, supplier performance, and MOR presentations. A strong background in ISO/IATF standards and Lean methods is required, with leadership and coaching skills to develop teams.
