$16.50/HR - Paid weekly

• Inspect raw materials, products, and finished goods for quality.
• Perform quality tests to ensure products meet specifications.
• Identify and report defective or nonconforming products.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
• Work with production employees to resolve quality issues.
• Assist with rework and corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure manufacturing processes follow quality and safety standards.
• Help train employees on proper quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Minimum 1 year of quality control experience required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of quality inspection procedures and ISO standards.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when needed.
