Escrow Agent/Officer — Infinity Title Agency (Independence, OH)
Infinity Title Agency is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Escrow Agent/Officer to join our team in Independence, Ohio. If you take pride in your work, care about accuracy, and want to build your career with a company that values doing things the right way, we'd love to meet you.
At Infinity, we handle real estate title and escrow across Ohio and Florida with a commitment to integrity, expertise, and teamwork. You'll work in a safe, progressive, and positive environment alongside people who support one another and take real ownership of their closings.
What you'll do- Manage escrow files from opening through post-closing, ensuring every transaction is accurate, compliant, and on schedule.
- Prepare, review, and balance settlement statements (CD/ALTA) and disbursement instructions.
- Serve as the point of contact for buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys, communicating clearly and professionally throughout the process.
- Conduct and oversee closings, including in-person, mobile, and remote online notarization (RON) closings.
- Partner with processors and support staff to keep files moving and clients informed.
- You’ll work at our Independence, Ohio HQ, or possibly one of our satellite locations East or South.
- Experience in title insurance and/or processing is required.
- Experience with Qualia is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of the closing and settlement process, title requirements, and escrow accounting.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, professional communication and a service-first mindset.
- A team player who shows initiative and problem-solving, and takes pride in their craft.
- Notary Public commission (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
