• Professional experience withthe preparation of traditional Chinese dishes atfine dining level
• Knowledge of Chinese cuisine
• Ideally completed vocational training as a chef
• Service-oriented personality type and hands-on work approach
• Flexibility to work shifts
• Fluent German and/or English language skills
