75 are responsible for running our massive Center Bar or Restaurant Bar, while providing an amazing experience to all guests. Scene

- Energizes people and is passionate about guest service.
- Exemplifies the company culture by embracing the mission and values articulated.
- Empowers him/herself to handle guest complaints immediately, exceed guest expectations, and informs management to ensure follow up.
- Thoroughly knowledgeable on menu, food preparation, beer, liquor and wine programs.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of bar/lounge, back hallways and liquor storage areas.
- Greets guests in a timely and professional manner, makes suggestions regarding food and beverage, checks regularly for guests’ needs and answers any questions or concerns.
- Monitors guest alcohol consumption and does not serve alcohol to intoxicated guests.
- Performs “bar flair” while preparing cocktails and other drinks to standard, and builds guest relations by with patrons seated at the bar.
- Monitors and observes guests’ dining/bar experience in order to respond to additional requests and to determine when meal/beverage has been completed.
- Maintains liquor security and control standards.
- Thanks guests by name for their visit and invites them to return.
- Maintains accurate counts, tracks sales and returns all liquor to storage.
Minimum 1 year of prior bartending experience
