• Execute Fricker’s unique brand of fun, food, sports and spirits.
• Drive positive sales growth.
• Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by enforcing all food‑safety, sanitation standards and procedures.
• Achieve optimal performance by communicating expectations, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and enforcing policies.
• Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies.
• Recruit, select, and train quality individuals to achieve staffing objectives.

• At least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast‑casual atmosphere.
• Steady employment history and minimum of two professional references.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with a Customer/Guest Service focus.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
