** Restaurant General Manager
** We’re looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Taco Bell team! This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, team development, and overall store performance.
As a Taco Bell Restaurant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the success of the store by leading your team, delivering a great customer experience, and driving results.

*** Oversee daily store operations and overall performance
* Lead, coach, and develop the team
* Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns as needed
* Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor costs
* Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
* Monitor sales and financial performance to drive profitability
* Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor to meet business needs
* Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and safety standards
* Support execution of marketing initiatives and new product rollouts
