We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our fast‑paced fast food restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a team effectively during shifts, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily shift activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
• Assist restaurant manager with scheduling and administrative tasks as required.

• Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or in a leadership role within a fast-food restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations;
  Serve Safe certification preferred
  .
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
