Dairy Queen | Goraya Group is seeking a motivated Shift Leader to run a shift like it’s their own business. You will coach team members, manage labor, ensure food safety and guest satisfaction, and drive efficient operations during your shift.
You’ll lead the team to maintain speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and a high-quality guest experience from start to finish. Nights and weekends are required, with prior restaurant experience preferred.
