Overview
We are currently seeking dedicated REMARKable Team Members for Full-time Kitchen positions across all shifts - Openers, Mids, and Nights. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive dining experience. We're hiring for Opening (early morning start 5am - 4pm), Mid-day 9am - 7pm, and Closing shifts (5 nights a week, 2/3-11PM), so applicants with availability for any of these shifts should apply TODAY!
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to food handling regulations.
- Assist with every aspect of our kitchen and catering events as needed, providing exceptional service and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create crave-able food and ensure efficient meal service.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of dietary requirements.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, catering practices, and order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and nutritional guidelines in preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking initiative when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding food presentation and safety standards.
- Certification in food handling or culinary arts is a plus but not required.
