You Will Be Doing

As a Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will:

We are proud that our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, with base pay plus uncapped commissions. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up period during your first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off during each pay period: at least 40 hours in the first year, and 80 hours per year thereafter.

You are entitled to minimum paid sick leave as required by state law, if applicable.

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak shopping periods.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.
