Store Counter Sales; Part Time

We are more than just a Parts Store, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales Associate, you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. While a background in automotive parts is preferred, a willingness to learn and a passion for automotive industry are equally valuable.

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with auto parts questions in person and over the phone
• Support team members with their questions using your parts knowledge
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Engage with customers and bring high energy to our fast-paced stores
• Utilize technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs

• Enjoy helping customers with auto parts and services
• Have experience in the automotive industry or enjoy tinkering with cars and trucks
• Are eager to learn about automotive parts
• Seek growth and career development opportunities

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry preferred, or a strong willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong listening skills and empathy for customers

• Passion or background in automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership industries
• Experience with cataloging and inventory management systems
• Customer-centric mindset
• ASE Certifications (a plus)
