Responsibilities- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and retaining store employees.
- Assist in managing and developing store employees for optimal performance in sales and store operations.
- Assist in developing teams selling skills.
- Assist in educating the team about the products sold in store.
- Ensure store operates smoothly and efficiently, managing inventory, monitoring expenses, executing promotional strategies, scheduling employees.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, ensuring positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Obtain product knowledge on all products, current launches, promotions.
- Create relationships with customers to suggest products.
- Meet or exceed store sales and operational goals.
- Collaborate with Store Manager and employees to ensure store meets or exceeds operational and financial targets.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized store environment, implementing all company policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to Store Manager on employees, operations, sales issues, process improvements, trainings, marketing strategies, product offerings.
- Manage all store operations daily, including inventory, cash handling, staffing, customer service, cleanliness.
- Spending majority of business hours standing on sales floor greeting customers, coaching employees, running business.
- Open and close the store.
- Full‑time hours; must work evenings, weekends, holidays.
- At least 21 years old or older.
- Completion of high school degree.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
- Flexible to work 12 hour shifts at times.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
