Retail Assistant Manager position with immediate openings and a focus on training, customer service, and leadership development. Full-time hours with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Support in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment; ensure products are in stock and health/sanitation procedures are followed.
• Assist with cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program.
• Contribute to high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with intrapersonal skills.
• Multi-task and perform required physical duties, including standing, bending, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence with current automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to oversee and provide leadership in customer service, training, and coaching, along with the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Strong ability to maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in-stock.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work full-time hours.

Salary range: $11.00 - $17.00 per hour. The posted range is the range 7-Eleven believes is appropriate for this role at the time of posting and may be modified. Compensation may vary by location and experience.
