ResponsibilitiesAs Account Manager for the Global Account Siemens (m/f) we expect the following tasks from you:
Strategic & conceptual responsibility:
- Analysis of client needs based on market information and customer intimacy
- Definition of the account strategy in close collaboration with the Company Portfolio Units
- Measure planning for the strategic development of the customer
- Orchestration of the selling team in close collaboration with the Company Portfolio Units
- Reliable forecasting
Operational responsibility:
- Implementation of the account strategy
- Identification and closing of new business for the companys in all client business units
- Building up and maintaining the client relationship up to top management level
- Execution of measures for the strategic development of the customer
- Accountability for order entry (> 35mEUR p.a.)
- Accountability for revenue (> 35mEUR p.a.)
- Accountability for profitability
In addition to a multiyear (>5 years) successful career in sales as an Account Manager and experience in managing a Global Account or a large Key Account we expect the following skills:
- Experience in dealing with international Key Account customers
- Preferably a good knowledge of the customer Siemens
- Excellent knowledge of the Manufacturing Industry
- Entrepreneurial thinking and behavior, combined with business know-how
- Fluency English is required
- Intercultural skills and above-average willingness and ability to travel
- Knowledge in IT portfolio and vertical processes (Automotive & Manufacturing)
- Communication-, implementation- and enforcement strengths
- High level of own initiative
- Strong focus on solution finding and high level of self-organization
- High ability to build up network
- Ability to generate enthusiasm at all levels
