Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Engage showroom visitors with energy, professionalism, and empathy, understanding their needs and connecting them to the right vehicle
• Develop and maintain expertise in our inventory to provide tailored recommendations
• Nurture sales leads, build long-term customer relationships, and foster loyalty
• Track and manage customer interactions using our CRM tools
• Contribute to a winning showroom environment by assisting with promotional events and displays

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, plus ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and customer service experience (phone and in-person)
• Basic computer proficiency for CRM and daily workflow
• Prior Automotive Sales experience is a plus, but we are strongly equipped and willing to train the right candidate
