Location: Chardon Square (mainly office – weather permitting)

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

We have an open office environment on the Square with plenty of windows.

We’re seeking a personable, tech‑savvy professional who values relationships and thrives in a client‑focused environment. Insurance is a unique field, so prior experience is highly valued—but if you have the drive to learn and grow, we’ll help you become a trusted advisor.

• Experience: Insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Education: College acceptable but not essential; strong high‑school education is equally valued.
• Skills:
  • Proven sales ability, professionally persuasive.
  • Tech‑forward mindset (comfortable with modern tools).
  • Excellent verbal communication (we prefer talkers over texters!)
  • Client Relationship Specialist.
  • Commercial Account Management.
  • Inside Sales new business producer.
  • Applied Epic, EzLynx rater, Semsee.
• Personality: Kind, nice, polite – someone who smiles when they talk.
• Problem Solving: Collaborate, problem solve, mix.
• Qualities:

• Unlimited earning potential. Competitive base + performance bonuses—your success drives your income.
• Pay basis: $25‑$35 hourly, bonus and commissions.
