Sales & Marketing Representative; DE

Overview

Foxlane Homes Delaware seeks an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Representative to be an essential member of our Sales and Marketing Team. The Sales and Marketing Representative will manage all community activities from one of our beautifully decorated model homes or Sales Centers. In this role, you will develop prospects into home buyers by guiding them through the purchase process. This role will be in current and upcoming communities in Sussex County, DE
.

• Conduct buyer prospect need analysis and perform cost estimates.
• Present agreement of sales and help customers select a financing program that fits their needs.
• Initiate prospecting and marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
• Demonstrate model home and home sites to customers.
• Understand and effectively communicate blueprints and site plans.
• Deliver superior customer service to all Foxlane Home customers.
• Manage CRM platform for community prospects.
• Includes weekend hours (you’ll maintain a 5-day work week with 2 alternate days off).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with a team and independently.
• Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

• 2 years previous experience as a Sales and Marketing Representative or Real Estate Sales.
• New residential construction experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints.
