Head of Sales – Engineered Wood, EMEA (m/f/d) Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow market share and revenue
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team across EMEA
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and specifiers
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align regional goals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

  • Fluent in German and English
