Responsibilities:
- lead and coordinate projects to improve sales support systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Visustore, ZEISS ).
- train and support the sales team in using Salesforce effectively and analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
- support the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks, including planning and monitoring sales activities.
- prepare customer offers, contracts, and sales documentation in collaboration with internal teams.
- optimize and implement business processes for corrective lenses and optical devices.
- contribute to marketing activities such as fairs, exhibitions, and customer communication.
Qualifications:
- a completed economic education.
- minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales support, ideally in the optics industry.
- strong technical knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (preferably SAP), and Salesforce.
- native Slovenian skills and proficient English (both written and spoken).
- strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- the ability to work independently, precisely, and in a structured way, even in a complex environment.
- flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing working environment and occasional willingness to travel abroad.
- participation in a dynamic and committed team
