A global leader in advanced lithium-ion battery solutions, this organisation serves residential, C&I, and grid-scale markets with a proven track record in safe, high-performance energy storage. With over 25 years of technical excellence and ongoing investment in European expansion, they’re now scaling their residential footprint, and looking for commercial leaders to make it happen.
What you’ll be doing- Lead business development strategy across the Residential Battery, Small C&I, and Solar system sectors
- Build new channels and manage relationships with energy service providers, inverter companies, and installers
- Shape and execute go-to-market strategy informed by market trends and customer insight
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver aligned, commercially viable proposals
- 3+ years’ experience in business or solution development in renewable energy, battery, inverter or solar systems
- Deep technical knowledge of Li-ion batteries, inverters, and PV integration
- Fluent German and professional English
- Strong commercial instincts, relationship-building capability, and strategic drive
You’re a commercially sharp business developer who understands the renewable energy space and thrives on building from the ground up. You know the residential battery or inverter market, speak the language of both engineers and customers, and are ready to own regional expansion in a high-visibility role.
