Are you ready to lead the commercial expansion of cutting‑edge electric construction machinery? Do you have a passion for sustainability, innovation, and driving growth in a fast‑evolving market? We are seeking a dynamic BEV Products Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead the adoption and sales of electric machinery in the DACH Region.

As a key player in the team, you will combine business development, product selling, commercial strategy, and hands‑on market execution to accelerate the success of our electric excavators, wheel loaders, and other electric machinery across a rapidly growing sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the charge in achieving annual sales targets for electric machinery across the DACH Region.
  • Develop and execute country‑level sales plans with a focus on volume targets, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across a diverse range of sectors including rental, municipalities, construction, recycling & waste, ports, and airports.
  • Lead regional tenders, commercial quotations, and customer negotiations to win key deals.
Key Account Acquisition & Strategic Business Development
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with high‑potential customers such as major rental companies, government organizations, large contractors, and sustainability‑driven project owners.
  • Develop tailored solutions that showcase CO₂ reduction benefits, TCO savings, and custom charging solutions.
  • Convert demo trials and pilot projects into long‑term contracts or framework agreements.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using a structured Key Account Management (KAM) process.
  • Strengthen dealer networks to sell and support electric machinery effectively.
  • Coach dealer sales teams on value selling, competitive differentiation, and customer engagement.
  • Drive dealer marketing initiatives, including open days, roadshows, and joint customer visits.
  • Monitor dealer performance to ensure alignment with brand standards, pricing, and product strategy.
Market Activation & Brand Promotion
  • Lead impactful regional marketing campaigns to position the company as a leader in electric construction machinery.
  • Plan and execute exhibitions, roadshows, demo tours, and customer events.
  • Develop engaging sales materials, case studies, product presentations, and digital content tailored to the Nordic market.
  • Track competitive dynamics and adjust strategies to ensure market advantage.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, customer site visits, and application evaluations to ensure product fit for specific needs.
  • Support customers with ROI/TCO calculations and detailed product presentations.
  • Collaborate with product and service teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.
  • Analyze trends in electrification, sustainability, and local incentives to provide actionable market insights.
  • Share feedback with product teams to address customer needs and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Identify growth segments and recommend targeted commercial strategies for success.
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of working with dealers.
  • Experience with sales and product knowledge in machinery such as excavators, wheel loaders, forklifts, agricultural machinery, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
