Aliz is already a key Google partner in the EMEA region. Google recognized us with their Google Cloud Services Partner of the Year Award for the Alps region in 2023. We are looking for a Sales Executive who can contribute to the growth of our business in the DACH region.

You will introduce our solutions, services, and products to a variety of corporate clients and startups, develop new relationships with business unit leaders, while also building on our existing partnerships. You will support the development of new relationships and nurture existing accounts within your assigned portfolio.

Your role will include

  • Understanding customer requirements and building strong relationships with new and existing accounts to ensure a transformational cloud journey.
  • Collaborating effectively with the Google Account Teams relevant to your designated portfolio.
  • Expanding the presence of underdeveloped accounts within the current or past customer portfolio to facilitate the growth of services and product revenue streams.
  • Maintaining and growing your individual sales pipeline.
  • Collaborating effectively with Project Managers, Architects, and Technical Account Managers to ensure seamless customer engagement and solution delivery.
  • Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the CRM and other pertinent tools, ensuring that revenue and customer income data are current and precise
  • Building up and maintaining connections with Google stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction through smooth collaboration with Google.

Responsibilities and Requirements

You will need

  • At least 3-5 years of experience with a strong focus on client relationships, cross-selling, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • To have consistently exceeded customer expectations and targets.
  • Experience in solution selling within B2B IT and Cloud sales, preferably in the corporate/enterprise sector.
  • To be proficient at tailoring comprehensive solutions to address client needs and pain points.
  • Understanding of cloud computing, data, and AI technologies, able to articulate their business benefits and offer competitive advantages.
  • To be self-motivated and proactive in identifying sales opportunities and achieving sales goals independently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German for effective client interactions, and fluency in conveying complex technical information clearly and compellingly.
  • Commitment to staying updated on technology trends and industry developments.
  • To be a collaborative team player, working effectively with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Familiarity with using CRM data to manage your sales pipeline.
  • Dedication to post-sale support and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Skill in creating persuasive presentations and negotiating to close deals in complex scenarios.

  • Background in big data, artificial intelligence, or digital transformation
