You will be focusing on identifying, securing, and managing institutional and ecosystem partnerships – including professional traders, brokers, payment providers, and financial institutions – to strengthen OSL’s market presence and liquidity network.
You can combine deep market understanding with a hands‑on approach to relationship building and deal execution in the fintech or crypto space.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and close partnerships with European banks, payment providers, brokers, and institutional clients to drive trading volume and liquidity.
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements supporting fiat on/off ramps, liquidity provision, and institutional trading.
- Work closely with Compliance, Legal, and Tech teams to ensure all collaborations align with local and regional regulations (MiCA, PSD2, etc.).
- Build and maintain a network of strategic partners and institutional relationships across Europe.
- Monitor market and regulatory trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or institutional sales within fintech, crypto, or payments.
- Strong understanding of European financial regulations
, especially MiCA and PSD
2. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English;
German or French proficiency is a strong plus. - Self‑starter, results‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Established relationships with banks, PSPs, institutional traders, or exchanges in Europe.
- Experience in fiat/crypto on‑ramp integrations
, liquidity partnerships, or B2B crypto services. - Familiarity with the institutional crypto trading ecosystem
, including OTC, API, and custody partners.
